Privacy and use of these resources

The callback form collects your name, phone number, basic accident details, callback preference and your request for phone contact. These submissions are stored for the firm and available through an owner-restricted inbox. The firm uses this information to review and respond to your inquiry. There is no document upload. Optional Google Ads measurement remains inactive until the firm connects its account. When enabled, Google’s tag loads only after you allow ad measurement. It may use cookies, ad-click identifiers, your IP address and browser information, and a generic event after a callback request is successfully saved. Your name, phone number, accident answers and inbox reference are not included in our conversion event. Enhanced conversions and ad personalization are not used. You can decline and still request a callback. Use Ad measurement preferences in the footer to change your choice; declining stops future measurement on this page but does not erase data already sent or existing Google cookies. Blocked tags and declined consent mean some inquiries will not appear in Google Ads. The firm’s private inbox remains the source for all saved inquiries. Email alerts are delivered through Resend and include a link to the private inbox rather than your inquiry answers. The interactive checklist runs in your browser tab and does not transmit its checked items to the firm. The hosting service may process technical request information to deliver and secure the website.

The callback form records the contact-request notice version and receipt time. It uses basic anti-abuse controls and temporarily stores a hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests. Callback records remain available until the firm deletes them under its retention practices. Ask the firm at (832) 975-2025 about corrections or deletion requests. Call buttons open your device’s dialer to (832) 975-2025. This site does not record calls or send the firm your browsing activity. Information you provide in a call is handled through the firm’s intake process. Do not send medical records or other confidential documents through an unsecured channel. Ask the firm how to share records securely.
